As part of our merger with Exceptional Family Resources (EFR) we are excited to announce that effective March 21^st, 2022, the main OCL Office at 518 James Street will be closed to visitors and most staff. OCL office staff are moving to the Exceptional Family Resources Building. We are looking forward to being altogether to focus on great services for the persons that we are here to serve. Please note that our contact information such as email and phone numbers for staff in Fulton and those formally at James Street Offices are changing as well. We will not be returning to 518 James Street. The Fulton office is staying open.
